Keyauwee Program Center School Year Weekend Events

We have events and activities to keep you busy all year long! School year weekend events include programs that serve individual girls, troops, families and friends, with a variety of activities for everyone.

To register for a weekend program event, register online or complete the Event Registration Form and Health Permission Form (only required for overnight programs). Mail the forms and full payment to:

All Ages

 Keyauwee Open House
Mar 5 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Come out to camp and meet some of the 2017 summer staff, check out the facilities and go on a tour of camp with a KPC camper! See where your camper will stay and leave with all of your questions answered!

This is a special chance for some one-on-one mother-daughter bonding. Enjoy all your favorite activities and make some great crafts to remember your weekend. New this year, everyone is invited to join us at Circle C Equestrian Center for unmounted interactive barn activities throughout the day!

GIRL FEE: $55

BRING: sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight, change of clothes, pajamas, toiletries, day pack, rain gear, water bottle, tennis shoes and suitable clothing for the weather

Spring Into Summer
Apr 2 @ 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Come one, come all! Join us at Keyauwee for an egg-cellent afternoon of exploring camp through an Easter egg scavenger hunt! Meet our staff, ask your summer camp questions and have some fun!

Do a Good Turn at Keyauwee

To honor the tradition of community service as a cornerstone of Girl Scouting, join us for our 6th Annual Weekend of Service and spruce up camp for summer fun ahead!

Going Green Girl Scouts
Apr 22 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Girl Scout Volunteer Day + Earth Day = Going Green Girl Scouts! Keyauwee is getting ready for summer and can use your help. We will get deep, down and dirty with service projects including gardening, trail clearing, tree trimming and more! These projects are sure to help make camp shine. All troops must have the correct number of adults to adhere to Safety Activity Checkpoints. Individually registered girls must be accompanied by an adult.

GIRL FEE: $10

ADULT FEE: $5

BRING: sack lunch, water bottle, day pack, rain gear, tennis shoes and suitable clothing for the weather and to get dirty

Family Fun Day
Jun 10 @ 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Come check out camp and see what we have to offer! Families can ride horses, swim at the pool, boat at the lake, climb the wall or Alpine tower, meet our summer staff and enjoy all we have to offer! Touring camp is free, but we are asking a small donation for all facilitated activities. All monies go toward the camp scholarship fund.

FEE: Free

BRING: If swimming please bring a swimsuit; riding horses requires long pants and closed toe shoes. Also long shorts and closed toe shoes are required for the climbing wall, Alpine tower and archery.

Calling all future campers! Keyauwee is inviting you to join us for a one night summer camp sneak peak to introduce you to Girl Scout camp. You will spend the weekend getting to experience camp like it’s summer – meet your counselors, sleep in a cabin, eat your meals in the dining hall, participate in fun activities and even have a night time all camp campfire.

GIRL FEE: $50

BRING: sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight, change of clothes, pajamas, toiletries, day pack, rain gear, water bottle, tennis shoes and suitable clothing for the weather
