Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy for summer 2021:
A full refund, including the $50 deposit, will be made if a summer 2021 camp session is canceled by GSCP2P and the camper does not choose to attend a replacement session.
 
If the camper chooses to cancel their registration, the following applies:
  • Cancelations received ‚Äčin writing at least 14 days prior to the start of the session will receive a 100% refund of all camp tuition fees and the deposit.
  • Cancelations made 13 days or less prior to the session start date will receive a refund of all camp tuition fees minus the $50 deposit. The camper can transfer to a later session of equal value free of charge.
