COVID-19 Summer 2021 Guidelines
Camper's safety is our paramount concern this summer. Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont is constantly monitoring current guidelines from the CDC and Health Departments.
Cancelation Policy for summer 2021:
A full refund, including the $50 deposit, will be made if a summer 2021 camp session is canceled by GSCP2P and the camper does not choose to attend a replacement session.
If the camper chooses to cancel their registration, the following applies:
Cancelations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of the session will receive a 100% refund of all camp tuition fees and the deposit.
Cancelations made 13 days or less prior to the session start date will receive a refund of all camp tuition fees minus the $50 deposit. The camper can transfer to a later session of equal value free of charge.
Please note: All donations to GSCP2P, Girl Scout membership purchases, merchandise options and administrative fees are non-refundable from the moment of purchase. If your camper is unable to attend their session, they will still receive the merchandise items that were purchased.
Some changes that we have made for summer 2021:
We will be running our summer camp programs at a reduced capacity this summer.
Meal times at camp will look different than previous summers.
We will not be doing any off-site trips or day camp transportation this summer.
Check out will be happening on Friday Evenings for full week summer resident camp sessions, to allow ample time for cleaning.
